Thank you so much for helping us sew leggings for the Children's Hospital!

 

YOUR KIT:

In your kit, you should have:

1) 2, pre-cut main pattern pieces 

2) 2, pre-cut cuffs in a coordinating color

3) 1 cut of waistband elastic

TIPS FOR SEWING KNIT FABRIC:

Before you begin, if you have never sewed knit fabric,

please check out these general tips. Knits are very stretchy

and a straight machine stitch will not work. You will need a

zig-zag stitch, overlock stitch, or serger. You will also 

need a ballpoint needle.
